Leadership & Team Building Talk by Vidya Vatika Public Schools in association with WhiteBoard Schools

Vidya Vatika Public School hosted a special event for its School Innovation Council members. The event was a Talk on Leadership, Motivation and Team building, organized in collaboration with KCS Foundation and Whiteboard school. The guest speaker for the event was Mr Gautam Kumar, a renowned industry leader and mentor, who has over 20 years of experience in various domains.

The Talk was aimed at inspiring and empowering the students of the School Innovation Council, who are selected based on their academic excellence and creative potential. The School Innovation Council is a platform for students to showcase their innovative ideas and projects, and to receive guidance and feedback from experts and peers.

Mr Gautam Kumar shared his insights and tips on how to become an effective leader, how to motivate oneself and others, and how to build a cohesive and collaborative team.
